He has served on numerous industry, university, governmental, and professional boards and committees. Mr. Millan has extensive oil and gas exploration experience in Canada and 26 countries. |

Barnes Group, an internationally recognized group of seven companies with over 400 employees. He is active in the Assoc. of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of NL, Junior Achievement and the St. John's Board of Trade. He is also Past Chairperson and director of NOIA (NL Ocean Industries Association) and chairs several committees. |
